    • Batteries are covered under an 8-week warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty is void if the battery is mistreated or damaged by the user.
    • Each battery purchase includes a Battery Health Information Certificate (On Request), providing transparency about the battery’s condition.
  3. Keyboard Warranty:
    • Laptops come with a 6-month warranty on keyboards.

Extended Software Warranty

  • We offer a 12-month warranty on software, ensuring continued functionality and support.
  • In exceptional cases, and upon maintaining a healthy relationship with us, the software warranty can be extended further.

Conditions of Warranty

  • The warranty will be void if:
    • The laptop is opened or tampered with without prior authorization from Brandis Technologies.
    • The product is damaged due to negligence, accidents, or improper handling by the user.

Out-of-Warranty Assistance

  • Even if the issue falls outside the warranty coverage, customers are encouraged to report the problem. We will evaluate the situation and, where possible, offer repair services at minimal or no additional cost.

Shipping Policy

We offer reliable shipping services across South Africa:

  • Standard Shipping: R180 (3-5 working days)
  • Overnight Shipping: R200 (2-3 working days)
  • Customers in Port Elizabeth can arrange meet-ups at Town, Greenacres, or NMU (South/North Campus).
